Reasonable price. They scheduled quickly. Painting trim for stairs is not included but they were able to get me someone to paint for an additional cost. They did an excellent job with the floors. Only downside was that my new bedroom furniture got scratched/nicked a little when they moved it. Overall good experience. Very friendly. Great customer service and quick responses.

They were fast to get out, provided a reasonable quote, and installed carpet in a bedroom & closet in about 30 minutes. Briana was especially helpful through the whole process.
