I live in this neighborhood and I am so impressed by these thoughtfully designed new homes. Compared to other new build projects in this area these two homes are the most impressive. I have lived here for 20+ years and the views from this lot, the priceless trees, the old Florida character has been respected and maintained by this builder. Either of these two properties would be my only choice in all of Pinellas county.
