This review is for Nellis Irrigation. I give a rating of 1 star. Nellis earned it! I contracted with Nellis in April of 2023 for a hard scape project. Replacing failing retaining walls, walkways, steps, widening the driveway, using versaloc block and pavers, along with installing a drainage system and lighting. A very large project, with a price tag of $65,500. With signing the contract, Nellis required a $40,000 deposit to purchase and deliver materials, set a begin date with time line of
