Rep walking through neighborhoods doesn’t know what he is even selling. Straight lied over and over again about I would not receive a bill from Neighborhood Sun but terms and conditions clearly outline that BGE bill would be lessened by what solar I used and I would then be billed by Neighborhood Sun for that usage at the discounted rate which could be as little as 5% NOT the “guaranteed” 25% he claimed. Might not be a bad program but reps either really really wrong or lying make it a big no f

No appreciable savings after signing up months ago. Just a second bill to pay. I have requested to terminate service and it can’t come soon enough.

After the initial set up, there are no extra steps and the only difference is that I save money and happily contribute to renewable energy, an industry I strongly support.

Awesome opportunity. I've been a solar farmcustomer since they started in Maryland. Their customer service is friendly, patient, and answer's questions however silly. Even as the relationship with the local energy grid servicer Pepco has evolved. I am increasing my shares in NS tomorrow.

This is an updated review. After doing more research I decided to stay with them. I realized that the real savings will be in the summer months when the solar panels are producing energy.
