Would definitely recommend this company. Sump pump filled with water and wasn’t pumping out. Flash flood in area all day. I called eight 24/7 plumbing companies. Everyone was booked. They couldn’t get to me for 10 hours or 48 hours. I couldn’t tell the water to wait. At 2 in the morning I called Neighborhood Rooter Express. They were at my home within the hour. SCAM! They charged me 300 dollars for a flapper replacement. On February 20, 2025, I called them to check the leaky toilet because of a faulty flapper. They charged me 300 dollars for it (check receipt). The flapper costs 6 dollars in Home Depot and it takes 2 minutes to replace. They screwed me even though I was a repeat customer. I am never calling them again. My suggestion to you - hire anyone else.

Senior and Junior came out same day and rodded out our main sewer line for us. They got it done quickly and I am honestly so grateful we can use our plumbing again. The warranty is awesome and feels pretty good too. They even had some suggestions and unclogged our utility sink for us, that's how thorough they are. I called them yesterday for my kitchen sink that has been backed up for a while because nothing was working for us. Sam came today and fixed our drains fast. He gave me a lot of advice on our pipes and what we should do next. I appreciate him being kind and respectful the whole time he was here. He arrived as stated to me which was 10am. Brady Sr and Jr came out within hours of my call to assess the situation, gave a very fair price and did excellent work to get my sewer draining properly. They came when they said they would, did quick work and explained every step. Perfect service is hard to find these days, but these guys stand by their word and don’t cut corners! The before and after photos speak for themselves, but the little extras like a 1yr warranty and a free added clean-out are awesome. I have never received better
