Found out my pump quit running and my septic was backing up. New home owner and had yet to have my septic pumped. Called at 3:10 on a Saturday afternoon. Neal’s promptly answered and was willing to come out same day to pump it. He was finished pumping and leaving my driveway by 4:00. He didn’t price gouge me based on a Saturday emergency call.
