This company is the WORST and their customer service is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! Last year during Fall 2025 their representative was working on our Neighbor’s yard and I stopped him and asked him for a quote. He got my details and everything and I never received a call back from him or anyone else from NatureScape! Fast forward to May 2026 and I received a bill in the Mail for a due of $$ that I need to pay. No details whatsoever in the bill for the reason of this $$. I called the customer care number

This company has the worst customer care service, They burnt my lawn, and killed my tree from Herbicide damage, then would not reply to my requests for over 6 months. NEVER use them.

We've been using Naturescape since 2008 and have always been pleased with their service. The lawn is always weed-free and looks great. Three of our neighbors liked how the yard looked and have been using Naturescape for several years.
