Bad experience with them. Terrible communication and terrible service. I only went with Nature's Own Chimney because they said I could speak with the technician on the phone while they were inspecting/cleaning my chimney (I am out of town and had someone there to open the door). I had a few questions about the roof/chimney as I'm thinking about replacing my roof and/or siding. I made an appointment and they said I would receive a call when the technician was on the way. We have used Nature’s Own for over 5 years now, and have always been happy with the service and professional staff. They inspect the whole fireplace and up, and with our nearly 50 year old house, keeping on top of things before any deterioration gets worse has kept us from having loosened fire brick issues. Bobby did quite a bit of sealing up gaps between the bricks and the metal today, climbing all the way inside the fireplace.

So the challenges persist from Natures own Chimney cleaning company. It was discovered by another chimney company that my $1700 dampener replacement did not include a mortar repair on the top of my chimney and it not include a chimney cap. I am stunned at the unprofessional installation and the audacity of the company to tell me that they charge $150 house call to repair their own mistakes after the 1 year warranty period. Avoid this company at all costs.
