Booked Natural Zen for a move-in cleaning because of how quick they were able to respond to my quote. While booking, they let me know that an earlier appointment had opened up and offered me 20% off if I wanted to book it — and I'm so glad I did. Good standard clean. Vacuum, wipe down countertops, light dusting, toilet bowls wiped. I was satisfied (except for $200 I would expect them to make the bed but that's just me.). They do such a WONDERFUL job with the Clarity and above cleaning levels that perhaps I expected a little more, but I got a good job on the Simplicity level that I paid for.
