I have been using this place for last eight years and for the most part they were good , recently they have been sending me clothings back either having rips, missing buttons etc. will not be using them anymore.

Avoid at all costs! They damaged my suit pants. Ripped out the clasp closure on the waistband, didn’t remove the stain on my blazer (that was marked!) and charged me full price never saying anything about the damage they caused. Then when I called to let them know, they said it would be “no cost to replace the clasp”, but the waistband is ripped apart.

What happened to Natural Cleaners? Appears that the company was sold and all dry cleaning gets transported to Oshkosh, WI for processing and then driven back. My order wasn't ready for pick up as scheduled. Tried to contact corporate numerous times and finally got a response 3 months later with "customer is not always right" attitude. Time to find another dry cleaner .... any suggestions?
