We had a scheduled apt for Wed, “October 9 for 7:00 am. That morning the office texted me a message telling me they were not going to “HONOR” the apt. After getting a quote from Ryan I had asked him to provide me a copy of their insurance and their business license.. when I called The office to get an explanation as to why they weren’t going to honor our contract she said she just didn’t want to do it and I asked her if it had anything to do with my requesting her insurance and business permits
