I paid Nationwide Irrigation a deposit and asked what I believed was a reasonable question regarding coordination with an ongoing retaining wall project. There was a narrow side yard area where I simply wanted clarification that irrigation could still be installed afterward without disturbing newly completed wall and drainage work. Instead of addressing the question directly or coming back out to look at the area, they abruptly canceled the project and refunded the deposit. No work had started

Horrible experience -- would not recommend. During my spring start up the tech had a challenge finding a leak. After his second trip to the house to try to locate the leak two guys arrived telling me they needed to pull a new line and it would cost $1000. I told them to leave as that was not a reasonable price. I am now being billed and harassed by the office staff to pay for them having driven to my house -- work that I never requested, authorized or was provided any price quote for. They have
