The treatment worked - but the customer service provided and manner is beyond inappropriate. You should never make conversation to your customer about someone in their househould, regarding their weight/size and their appearance. While walking through the house while we had an in-home nanny - Tom made comments with regards to the nanny and him thinking this was my wife who gained weight. Whether it was or wasn't - his professionalism is zero.

2nd time with Tom. First time he came to move the bee hive and he did a great job. 2nd time for some normal pest control. No subscription model and affordable price. Highly recommend him!
