We booked an estimate with this company and they guaranteed an arrival time of 11:30 ... It's now 3:30 pm and no one has shown up or called to cancel. We have been ignored by the "owner" who is call screening us for some odd reason? I have never heard of a company booking an appointment, and then blowing off the customer without so much as an apology.
