I dropped off a small frame for a glass replacement fairly early on November 10th and was told 3-5 days because it had to be tempered. I paid the bill, I assume they ordered the glass. Fast forward to today, 7 days (5 business days) later. I called at 9.30 this morning and was told the technician was already out on calls and would return in a few hours and the glass was on hand. Apparently they order the glass and then reassemble the frame on-site. I called again some six hours later to

I had a mirrored closet door that cracked and National Glass was the only place I could find that could help. It was a custom size so ordering a new door was out of the question. They were responsive and came when they said they would. They hauled away the broken door and returned and installed it good as new.
