NW was the only place in KC area that was willing to take on the task of redoing my system in my 2016 impala. They ripped everything out of the trunk and built a new amp/battery rack that looks 1000x better than the one that one built for it before by Columbus car audio. I've since taken another vehicle to NW and am very pleased with the install in there too. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in the KC area.
