We wanted this year's clean to be better than usual. Heavy creosote was cleaned out of the smoke chamber, the ash pit was vacuumed out, the hearth was polished, and the damper was set. The whole area around the stove feels new and works much better. A lot of work.

I was concerned about insurance requirements for the chimney. They performed a detailed inspection, provided a professional report with photos and video, cleaned the system, and made the small repairs needed. Everything was accepted without any issues. Very smooth process.
