I'm made two appointment and they never showed up

Just moved to the area and contacted these guys about coming over to take a look and make sure everything was running properly/show me the basics of pool care. The gentleman over the phone was very friendly and said that he would have somebody come by that Saturday. Saturday morning came and I tried calling to get a time-frame.
