From start to finish this was an awesome experience!

We had Narrows Heating and Air Conditioning replace our heat pump. They were a joy to work with. I appreciated how customer service oriented they were. They wanted to provide us with exactly what we needed rather than being focused on what they could sell us. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and polite and accommodating. I love the team at Narrows! I have been working with them for about 25 years. Back then they did my whole house with new furnace and duct work. Since then I have added AC and recently replaced the furnace. They do yearly maintenance and save me if anything goes wrong in the winter. They are also so sweet with my talkative Husky. I highly recommended and trust them as partners to keep my house running great for my family.
