Awful service and even worse communication. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. I spoke with Vicki in December to coordinate several services, but the execution was a mess from start to finish. When the crew arrived, there was total confusion—they weren’t even sure if they were there to provide an estimate or actually perform the work. Nick was great! He arrived during the time frame given and explained what he was going to do, then carefully counted windows before giving me a price. It was a little more than what I expected, as per the phone conversation when making the appointment, however he had included my atrium doors, 2 storm doors, front door sidelights, and 3 octagonal windows, so it was still good. I am enthralled with the beautiful job he did! My windows are spotless and sparkling again! Great job!
