I wish I had better things to say about our experience with MyRoof. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of and are a dismissive when you finally do get ahold of them. We were pretty much guaranteed a certain tax credit (which they had no business guaranteeing, but we were naive) and we have yet to see the tax credit, yet are still being penalized for it. MyRoof replaced our roof after a hailstorm and the process was smooth. They worked with our insurance and had no issues. We also have solar panels with them so that was a plus during this situation. Definitely recommend.
