Our dryer was working except that a loud squealing noise had developed. Jake sent Rowan out the next day and he diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. He ordered parts and came back to install them. He also ran my washer through a diagnostic test and found no problems. They are fair and thorough and save us from purchasing a new washer and dryer.
