I’m a single woman and was nervous about letting a stranger in late. The dispatcher sent me the tech’s name, photo, and license plate before he arrived. Made me feel safe. Great company policy.
Had them install a deadbolt and door reinforcer. Showed up in uniform, wore boot covers inside, cleaned up after. Work looks great and feels solid. Will use again.
Needed a lock change on Sunday. Most places were closed but My Locksmith Aurora answered and came out within the hour. Friendly tech and quality hardware. 5 stars.
