A little 8 inch long hole in my stucco was hiding 26 feet of rotten wood. The hole was created when pressure cleaning prior to painting the house. The place got painted, then I invited Jean Carlo of MXL out to give me an estimate on the stucco work. His guys arrived promptly and I think everyone was surprised how much rotten wood there was.
