DO NOT RECOMMEND. We purchased a $300k house that Mike passed and noted drains as satisfactory and stated we do not need to camera the sewer. We purchased the house 5 months ago and lots of drainage issues, come to find out the entire main line needs replaced. Several breaks all throughout the line the span of 70-90 ft. Going to cost us $20k+ in repairs!!!!!!!!! This should have been known at purchase so we could have negotiated the repair in to the price or not purchased the home. This is not a

Mike did a fantastic job with the inspection of our new home. Our home was a complete refurb, so there were lots of structural questions. Mike was very thorough in his explanations and really put us at ease with the whole process. Very friendly and professional thru the whole process. No plans to move again for a long, long time, but I would use MW Inspection Services again if we did.

Really cool and personable guy. He did a great job answering any questions and concerns that I had regarding the property.
