Very unprofessional. I will not be recommending this moving company to anyone. They really need to work on their customer service and learn how to handle items with care. Two of my family members have used them, and the most recent experience was absolutely terrible. • You failed to mention in your reply that your company dropped the piano. Anyone who drops a piano and chooses to say that our claims are false is completely delusional. Truly wish your company would operate with integrity.

I do not recommend Andrew/Mustard seed moving company. my family and i had an awful experience last month. i hired Andrew/Mustard seed moving company to move my sisters piano from her house to my house - a day after it was delivered my husband and i noticed some damage to the piano keys. when we confronted Andrew about it the response we received was incredibly unpleasant. zero sympathy was shown and not once did he apologize or offer a percentage off the moving cost due to the inconvenience. th
