Silas did a great job inspecting our home during a transaction we recently completed in Bethany. The home had a number of issues we had to navigate, and Silas did a great job helping highlight them and understand and categorize issues from minor to major. Our home required a follow up inspection and he promptly showed up on a Saturday to re-inspect the necessary home components for us. Highly recommended, and I'd absolutely consider him in a future purchase or as a recommendation to others.
