John and Vadim are very thorough and knowledgeable. They came to do an HVAC inspection and pointed out some safety concerns and tips to improve efficiency. They took the time to explain what my realistic options were for repairing or replacing my AC unit and eventually upgrading the furnace. They did not try to pressure me into making a decision.
