I just completed a move from Montana to LHC AZ. U-Haul listed the Mule Movers (Mule on Wheels) out of Kingman as an eligible moving assistance selection. I selected them and pre paid for the service. In the meantime, i received a text from the company verifying they were aware of my reservation through U-Haul. On the scheduled day and time, no one showed up to assist. I texted the Mule and received no reply. I was left to unload a 26' U-Haul by myself!!!! WHAT??? Not good. I called U-Haul and

They moved me from Kingman to near Tucson. They showed up on time and completed packing the truck in Kingman. The following day my belongings arrived are my home near Tucson. They unloaded the truck very efficiently . I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. They were the best and the lowest priced of everyone I contacted.

We contacted Mule on wheels 3 weeks ago to do a move for my mother. He was scheduled to come on Tuesday, which was confirmed by him on that Monday.
