This company does not stand by the work they perform so therefore, I cannot recommend buying product from Mt. Lebanon Awning. I'm not sure if it is the company as a whole or just the customer service rep CAROLYN that handles service calls. She is just AWFUL. Just an overall nasty person and not professional. Don't recommend.

Had an awning ordered and installed by them last summer. Had an issue with it that they fixed quickly and professionally. I really appreciate them taking care of their customers and making things right. It shows they care and take pride in doing the right thing. They make beautiful awnings, and have exceptional customer service. I would recommend these guys for all of your awning needs.

These guys are the best. Every time I call in the staff is friendly and super helpful! The install team came today and were so kind and friendly to my little boy who wanted to watch them work. Great company with great people working for them.
