The owner Mike does business the way all contractors should. He shows up when he says he will, and he installs the gutters professionally. I could tell he takes pride in his work. For example, I watched him use a level when cutting back my scuppers to ensure he was square cutting them back to accommodate the scupper box covers that flow into the gutters. It's little details like that which make the difference, at least to me. MSD is not the cheapest option, but not the most expensive either
