After a little confusion on the shipping of the materials, everything was pretty much flawless. The guys showed up , with what they needed to do the job. They worked very well together. Positive attitudes knowing that they had a very heavy day of lifting ahead. The “surround “ that came with the shipment, was a different finish than the stove , they took it back to the shop , had it repainted, and it looked perfect. So, thanks to the whole team that made the project come together !! Can’t wait u

I had my gas fireplace checked and cleaned by a Mr. Smokestack tech who was quick,meticulous, clean and thoughtful. A person who really cared about his work and his job. I wish more service providers had staff like this!
