Our toilet and tub started backing up last night, we called they were able to send someone right away. He removed the toilet and even went on the roof to remove the sewer blockage. Reasonable price for a late night emergency.

We had our whole house backed up, and Adrian was able to clear it through our cleanout. He explained that the blockage was caused by roots coming from the city side of the sewer line. He recommended installing a city cleanout so that if it happens again, we can contact the city directly to clear the blockage from their side for free, without needing to call a plumber first.
