Charlie was on time, cordial, professional and did a great job. We had called another plumber first, but they were unable to schedule us for more than a week away. The entire spout of my husband's master bath sink had to be replaced and we got our appointment with Mr. Rooter in a day. We would definitely call Mr. Rooter whenever we have a plumbing problem.

I had a new septic system installed and a couple of weeks later I had an issue with a septic smell getting into my house. I called the septic company who came out and reinspected everything and said it might be an issue with the vents or toilet wax seal. The told me to call a plumber and I called Mr. Rooter.
