I spent $5,100 on a tankless water heater installation from Mr. Rooter of Indianapolis in 2023. Bundled into that purchase was a 3-year Advantage Plan for the annual maintenance flushes the unit requires. Not an upsell — it was part of closing the deal. Two years: no problems. Previous owner did what was promised. New ownership took over. February 2026 appointment — no call, no show. I came back anyway. Tech showed up today and told me the company is not honoring the Advantage Plan I was sold
