I wanted to start this review by saying Joe did a great job fixing our clog and the missing three stars are due to office management. I reached out to Mr. Rooter because they had a $95 special going on for a drain cleaning, which turned out to be a bait and switch tactic that these chain companies unfortunately use to get business.
