Before landing with Mr. Rooter, I called 3 other places that advertised online they were 24hr and ER services only to find out that does not apply to Sunday's or was outdated info altogether. Mr. Rooter did a great job connecting with me quickly and having Eric S. come out as soon as possible. Eric was detailed oriented and explained his process along the way. He was extremely patient, kind, and thoughtful in understanding our needs. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Great work!
