I called the office to schedule an appointment to replace a bad breaker in the breaker box. I was quoted a price of $75 to come and diagnose the problem. I was told that after the diagnosis the technician would explain the problems and repair cost and the diagnostic fee would then be included as part of the repair cost The technician upon arrival told me his diagnosis charge was $308 and potentially more depending upon other inspections. They use an AI automated scheduler to take your information. it didn't provide the information to the technician correctly. And it didn't get my email right even though I had to spell it over the phone twice. Thus I did not get my invoice. The good news is I contacted them and they fixed the issue.
