There are good clients and other problematic ones who expect miracles. Fortunately, most of our clients appreciate our work and effort, which is why we have remained busy since 2012. Do what you think is right to do. This is the last email we will respond to. Now the company is shifting blame

Mr. Carpet cleaner was very kind and had great customer service. My kiddos were curious and kept trying to see what he was doing. Every time I would move them away he was still so kind, patient and polite. He worked very efficiently and all the stains came out of the carpet! I was super grateful and excited to see them gone! Definitely recommend as their very flexible as well and communication from scheduling an appointment to the day of the tech arriving was all very smooth.

We had Gabriel come out to clean our carpets and walk in closet. We have two large dogs one very hairy dog along with my husband working in maintenance we had a lot of dark stains in the carpet and pet stains and odor when Gabriel was done the stains were like they didn’t even happen. The smell of my dogs were completely gone and he got a ton of dog hair out of the carpets that our vacuum was not getting 10/10 recommend for even the toughest stains I thought we would have to replace the carpets
