All around terrible service. From having an incompetent technician come out on multiple occasions bringing the wrong parts, stated the problem was something new every time he came out (3 times) leaving without testing the repair to ensure the dryer heated up , leaving parts of the dryer unattached (twice), having to call about parts that weren’t actually ordered, refund not issued until I called, lying on paperwork that I denied a repair and being charged additional fees although work not done

I’ve only used Mr appliance for all work at my house. They are the best and I always tell my friends that this company is great
