Good pre-sales communication, but the day before the move, they wanted to change the start time. Day of the move, they showed up with one less person (and charged the corrected rate). I was quoted that the time would be charged 'from the time they leave the facility to when they return to facility'. I timed them carefully, and they basically added 30 minutes ($90) to the bill: 1) they stopped to fill up gas on the way over 2) they called the time from when we finished at the house and added ~40

Beaux, Nate, Nick, Tim and John were great in moving my mom's entire house of 50+ years of accumulation. Estimating what it would take to complete the job was not easy, because my mom has a TON of knickknack stuff, Christmas stuff, and then normal household stuff. I hired Move Mountains to load my storage pod after a recommendation from a trusted home organizer in the Boulder area. Unfortunately, my experience with them was less than satisfactory. They did not prepare furniture by wrapping it or protecting it in any way and actually stacked wooden pieces on top of each other. When unpacked, these items were damaged by the wear of rubbing together. They threw bins of screws and small items on top of boxes in the pod without wrapping them or securing them.
