Your deposits will not be returned. We just did our move and they promised supposedly within minutes we would have our initial deposit and secondary deposit refunded. Days later and nothing. They call it a hold, but it’s not a hold, it’s an actual transaction. The money cleared and was never returned. They have ignored the follow up messages to receive our money in return.
