Writing this is years long overdue. Brandon is terrible at his job. First off, he was sexist and assumed my boyfriend at the time was who he was to discuss things with, when I was the clearly the homeowner paying him. He was obviously uncomfortable with that and didn't shake my hand. The basement of the home I bought and he "inspected" was absolutely horribly "refinished" just for show to appear inhabitable as a furnished space, as sleazy investors often do to drive up the cost/selling point. A

I used Mountains to Sound for my first home purchase in December 2024 (inspection was done in November). I thought everything was all good at first. The inspector was friendly and explained the process thoroughly to me. Fast forward to today, 6 months in my new home and I have had to repair multiple things that were missed during the inspection. Super disappointing.
