Fantastic experience. Kevin was at our house for 3 hours and left no stone unturned - electrical, structural, roof, pests, plumbing - he looked at everything, and showed us key items to maintain with the heating and hot water systems. He stayed to answer all of our newbie homeowner questions, and invited us to call or email other questions anytime. He had a written report to us the next day. I'd recommend him to anyone.
