Fast but mind-bogglingly expensive service. I scheduled a service appointment because my garbage disposal was broken. We had already tried multiple solutions, but it was clear that the motor was shot. The tech was prompt and courteous, so I did award them a star for that. However, he spent 5 minutes assessing the unit and concluded, as we had, that it was in need of replacing. The quote for a new unit was $660 and the installation would be over $450. This company was incredible while working on my water pipes In January during those days and days of below freezing temperatures, my water pipes burst. They came out at 7 that night, accessed the the damage and left to get the parts. Replaced all the broken pipes and came back the next morning to turn the water back on. The only part they didn't fix was to the outside hose. Once the threat of freezing temperatures had passed, they returned to replace that part. They were professional, courteous
