Jason and Frantz gave great customer service & very professional!!

We went to Moon Valley Frisco this morning where we were immediately greeted by Chase who listened to what we needed, put us into a golf cart and took us straight to a row of beautiful Japanese maples. He was attentive without the dreaded “hard sell” approach and was patient while I looked for additional plants and planters. He made recommendations for fertilizer and root stimulator but again, no hard sell. He made sure we were planting our chosen plants in the right places for sun, water, etc.

This nursery is beautiful! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Jason and Chase were life savers for us in helping us plan our front lawn landscaping project. I can’t recommend them highly enough and we are very happy with the outcome!!
