ive called and emailed all week with no reply just an answering machine....

They came out to give me an estimate, said they will call me with a quote, then ghosted me! I called numerous times leaving messages, emailed several times asking for the quote and to schedule service; and they never answered or gave me the courtesy of contacting me ! Very unprofessional!

I hired this company and at the time of hire, I felt that they were great with pricing, knowledge and work was good. Now, that their irrigation system that they installed has created a giant sink hole taking up a quarter of my entire property, they won’t answer any phone calls or messages and I have been trying countless of times for months to get a hold of them. So disappointing because I thought Esau was better than this service. I was clearly wrong.
