We have used them twice. I really liked our tech, who was so friendly and worked hard. The second time we used them was for a couch and rocking chair cleaning, both of which had some stains. When the tech left everything looked new - maybe better than new - but in the months that have followed the stains have gradually returned in exactly the same spots.
