I was referred it for my move-in cleaning from my friend. She said they did “crystal clean” her 2100 sqft house so I trusted them. I probably want to say the my friend’s definition of “crystal clean” is different than mine. I found many unsatisfactory spots as attached, and found some dirty parts over two shelves in my guest room. That being said, they didn’t even touch the shelves. Called Monster Carpet for our move out cleaning. That same day they came to our house for a quote and explained everything we can expect from their services. On the scheduled day of cleaning, the ladies showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. When they finished, they asked us to check their work while they waited for the owner to arrive and check their work as well. We are very happy with their quality cleaning at a great price.
