They are absolutely horrible and clueless. They have no idea what they're doing. They supposedly repaired my deck 3 times and it is still leaking. After each time they fixed the deck I would hire a separate contractor to fix the ceiling out of my own pocket and guess what, with the next rain it would start leaking again and the ceiling would get ruined and I had to redo it all over from the beginning again. I have lost a lot of money and time. I am very upset and frustrated. Does any one want to

Quick, communicative, and fairly priced. I only have good things to say about the experience. I have a 270 sq foot enclosed tiled balcony that was leaking water during the recent rains. During the in person estimate, Robert was able to answer all my questions thoroughly was able to pinpoint the reasons that my old deck had failed. He gave me a detailed plan on his approach to the fix. They completed the work quickly and the site was kept clean. Communication throughout the process was great. W
